The acronym S.H.G. means: Strictly High Grown. Translated, it is an acronym that identifies a coffee bean grown at a height of approximately 1350m.
The production altitude allows the grain to ripen more slowly thanks to the low temperatures due to the altitude. Prolonged maturation improves and strengthens the aromas of the bean which, roasted and processed, can be found in our coffee.
The processing of the beans and the expert care of our roasting department allow us to enhance the aromas and characteristics that you find in your cup of artisanal, artisanal Vero coffee.
