Right of withdrawal

WITHDRAWAL:

Pursuant to the terms of article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the website latorrefazione.it within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products.


 

INFORMATIVE:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following address: info@latorrefazione.it a communication containing:

  • the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with art. 64 of the Consumer code;
  • a list of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • the progressive order number issued at the moment of the purchase;
  • the data relative to the Customer’s bank account, exclusively if the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer.


 

REQUREMENTS:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Latorre srl will refund the entire price of the Products on the condition that they are returned by the Customer in a normal state of preservation and only if the return instructions above are correctly followed. Latorre srl reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made in one of the following ways:

  • By bank transfer;
  • By credit card/PayPal;

Delivery charges for the return of Products are at the expense of the Customer; any charges incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable. Each delivery will contain easy instructions for the return of the Products.

Latorre srl undertakes to promptly refund the Client within and not later than 30 days from the date of the return of the Products.

Latorre srl will send an e-mail confirming the refund has been made. Latorre srl will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for products returned but which have never been received by Latorre srl due to loss, theft or damage not attributable to Latorre srl.


 

CANCEL AN ORDER:

If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the order submitted, they must promptly send an e-mail to info@latorrefazione.it. Once the product has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled or amended until the goods shipped have been returned to Latorre srl. In this case, reference shall be made to the regulations on returns described above.
